Change Layer GDB Versions
In the Version Manger you can create a new version or apply a version to the layer(s) you have loaded.
Create a New Version
- Click New in the bottom right corner of the dialog.
- Enter a Version name and optional Description for the new version.
- Select the Access permission of the new version from the dropdown list:
- Private - only the version owner, feature layer owner, and portal administrator can view, and edit
- Protected - any portal user can view, but only the version owner, feature layer owner, and portal administrator can edit (must have the correct user type and access to the feature layer)
- Public - any portal user can view and edit (must have the correct user type and access to the feature layer)
- Click Create version.
Apply a Version
- Check the box beside the version you want to apply.
- Click Apply.
Manage Versions
- Click the 3-dot icon in the far-right column of the version.
- Select from the following actions:
- Export - downloads a csv file with information about the selected version to your device
- Delete - delete the version
- Recreate - deletes and recreates the version
